Cyrus is a seasoned executive with deep strategic and operational experience across Customer Strategy, Customer Experience Management, Digital, Marketing & Service Design, complimented by living and working experience in Asia and Europe.
In addition to his work as Managing Partner at Strativity Group, building on 24 years of local and international executive roles with Ericsson, Sony Ericsson, Telstra and ANZ Banking Corporation, Cyrus is also an adviser to and investor in Curo Technologies (www.meetcuro.com) and arriveby (www.arrive.by), and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Gowrie Victoria, a leader in early childhood education and care.
Lee draws on many years of practical experience in the Education and Care sector, sharing a wealth of knowledge, skills and expertise drawn from her lived experiences in a range of roles across Education and Care. As a practitioner, Educator, Early Childhood Teacher, Director, Approved Provider and Validator. Lee is driven and passionate about working in partnership with Education and Care professionals to build on existing knowledge and skills. With a commitment to play based pedagogy in education and care through strengths based approaches.
